ECAP ist ein gemeinnütziges und nicht gewinnorientiertes Erwachsenenbildungsinstitut in der Schweiz. Mit ihren Angeboten ermöglicht die interkulturelle Organisation die Bildung von Migrantinnen und Migranten sowie generell von Arbeitnehmenden, auch mit geringer formeller Ausbildung.

Esperienza fantastica: Es ist eine der besten Schulen. Ich bin jemand, der bei Prüfungen aufgrund von Emotionen schnell in Panik gerät, aber die positive Energie der Lehrerinnen hat mich sehr entspannt. Mit den Lehrerinnen war es wie ein Dialog mit meiner Freundin.Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für ein schönes Erlebnis.☺️

Esperienza negativa: I signed up online for a language course at ECAP around fifteen days before the start of the course. Five days before the course starts, noone has contacted me nor informed me about the course. I don't even know if the course has been cancelled! I send an email to ask for more detailed information. Without any explanation, they give me an appointment that will take place after the starting date of the course. I inform them (twice) that I cannot attend the appointment (it's during working hours), and I ask if there's any alternative solution. No one answers. In the meantime, I ask for information in two other language schools located in Zürich (Hallo Deutschschule, Flying Teachers), and they answer to me immediately, very politely, and they clearly explain me how to proceed with the registration. Where do you think I am going to take my language course? Not at ECAP, that's for sure! And the worse is yet to come: they might charge me for "cancelling"! (but they didn't inform me if I'm registered or not, which I requested 3 times!). Hilarious. EDIT: I also find fascinating that they do not have time to answer emails to private clients about their own upcoming courses, but they do have time to answer any single comment or review they get in Google!
Esperienza negativa: Das ist 3 mahl gibt indrung in deutsch kurs nach dem habe meine Kinder in Kindergarten und hord besorgt in diese Tat wo ich kurz besuchen kann jetzt wieder haben die Kurs an andren Tag Das ist nich normal .Ich habe mehr mal telefonisch und persunlich erklärt und furmolar aus gefolt im Kurs für Mittag fom 9.00 Uhr bis 11.30 und bestätigt fur uns aber wider am Freitag 6.9.24 bekommen wir brif nach Hause Kurs fang um 14.00 Uhr bis 16.30 das ist nicht mehr normal kan jemand mir das erklären ich persönlich wie kan man bei eine bekannte Schule lernen

Esperienza fantastica: I have followed German Course (B2.2 Level) at ECAP Zurich. Overall it is a good school (material, Buch...) and we can learn in good conditions. Special thanks to my Teacher Isabelle. She was really dynamic , positive, well organised and always used different methods and original tools ( quizz, game...) to help the best way our learning journey ! I have really appreciated this way of learning, so I was fully motivated every day ! which is the most important to learn a new language!

Esperienza negativa: Veramente pessima la gestione, mio figlio insieme ad altri ragazzi di Rüti hanno sostenuto l'esame a maggio 2023, siamo a febbraio 2024 e ancora nn mandano l'attestato. Fatte diverse telefonate e la risposta è sempre, massimo 2 settimane e mandiamo tutto, oppure ancora dall'Italia non ci hanno inviato i documenti. Sono veramente pessimi.
Gentile Signora Serravezza, comprendiamo il suo malcontento ma ECAP non può davvero far nulla per accelerare i tempi di consegna dei certificati, che arrivano direttamente dall'Università di Perugia. Una volta sostenuti gli esami, noi li rispediamo via DHL a Perugia, che si occupa della correzione, della valutazione e del rilascio dei certificati. Ci dispiace nno poter far nulla per aiutarla. Esperienza negativa: Very bad experience with this school. Groups are mixed with private and state clients (refugees) which results in chaos and low quality of the classes. Classes are often cancelled and never made up for. When you resign, you do not receive your payment. Organizational chaos, very bad client service and communications. I still keep receiving a bill for a course I never signed up too.
Wir bedauern, dass der Kurs nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat, weil Sie mit der Zusammensetzung der Gruppe nicht zurechtgekommen sind. Unsere Kurse stehen allen offen, die die Landessprache lernen möchten, und die Gruppen werden nach den Vorkenntnissen gebildet. Gerne beantworten wir auch Ihre weiteren Fragen: Fällt eine Unterrichtsstunde wegen Krankheit des Lehrers oder aus anderen Gründen aus, wird sie in der Regel IMMER nachgeholt; Rückerstattungen nach einem Rücktritt vom Kurs sind in unseren AGBs geregelt. Und schliesslich wurde die offene Rechnung für den Kurs, den Sie nicht mehr besuchen wollten, storniert.
Esperienza negativa: I did my test here and it was nice but then I went to the one in Oerlikon to do the german course and I'm really unhappy with this school. I'm sorry for the teacher but I had the feeling that the classes were not prepared at all, very slow in explaining the concepts, many times he used a language other than German to explain concepts since many students understood that other language, but the rest we don't understand so I had the feeling that I was wasting my time every day. He would also spend 1h correcting everyone's homework (one by one) , which I told to him to correct it in general and we would lose less time. He wasn't motivated at all. Basically I have learned more at home myself than with ECAP. I tried to cancel my subscription or change it for another teacher (Which they told me during the test, that I could change my teacher if I needed it) but it was 2 weeks after the start of the course so my request was denied. I wanted to give it a chance and in 2 weeks you can't know if a teacher is good or not for you so this 2 weeks policy it's useless. I just burned my money in here. If you are looking for a school to learn German with, don't come here, you will regret it
Guten Tag Frau Gracia, es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie keine positiven Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Jede Lehrperson hat ihre eigene Lehrmethode und es kann passieren, dass man sich nicht gut versteht. Ausserdem war es in der Mitte des Kurses schwierig, Sie in eine andere Klasse mit einem kompatiblen Sprachniveau zu versetzen. Am Ende des Kurses werden die Teilnehmenden immer gebeten, eine Bewertung abzugeben. Ich hoffe, dass Sie eine kritische und konstruktive Bewertung abgeben haben, die es uns ermöglicht, uns zu verbessern und eventuelle Defizite zu beheben.
Esperienza negativa: Sehr unhöflich am Telefon, ich habe um 16:50h angerufen, sie haben mir gesagt das sie mir nicht helfen können weil ich schon außer öffnung Zeit angerufen habe.
Wir entschuldigen uns, wenn einer unserer Mitarbeiter am Telefon ungeduldig oder in irgendeiner Weise unhöflich war. Die Öffnungszeiten und der Telefondienst werden immer strikt eingehalten. Sollte dies noch einmal vorkommen, bitten wir Sie, die Regionalstellenleitung formell zu benachrichtigen und den Namen des/der Mitarbeiter/in zu nennen.
Esperienza negativa: Rein inhaltlich kann ich zu der Schule keine Auskunft erteilen. Ich rief die Schule für meine Freundin an, da ihr mitgeteilt wurde, dass erst 1Woche! vor Kursbeginn festgelegt wird zu welcher Uhrzeit der Kurs stattfindet. Am Telefon war 1 Woche davor die Zeit immer noch nicht bekannt. Aber Hauptsache am Morgen war das Telefon bis 13 Uhr NICHT besetzt wegen einer internen Weiterbildung. Vielleicht sollte man seine Basics erstmal erledigen bevor man sich INTERN weiterbildet. Die Leute bis 1 Woche vor Kursbeginn im unklaren über die Zeit zu lassen ist einfach schlecht. Die Lernenden brauchen auch ein bisschen Planungssicherheit. Vielleicht hat man auch noch andere Verpflichtungen wie Arbeit, etc. Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon war genervt, unfreundlich und nicht kritikfähig. Es interessiert die Schule anscheinend nicht wirklich. Eine Schule mehr die nur auf Profit aus ist aber weder Kundenservice bietet noch Freundlichkeit. Bleibt zu hoffen dass die Inhalte stimmen. Ansonsten leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Genau wie WBK und Sonstiges unseriöses!
Wir bedauern, dass Sie die Informationen nicht in dem gewünschten Zeitrahmen erhalten haben. Wir wissen, dass die Teilnehmenden oft andere Verpflichtungen unter einen Hut bringen müssen und es ist ratsam, in Zukunft frühzeitig anzugeben, ob eine Teilnahme nur vormittags oder nachmittags möglich ist. Je nach Verfügbarkeit der Unterrichtsräume kann es leider vorkommen, dass wir die Kurszeiten erst in der Woche vor Kursbeginn festlegen können. Wir werden versuchen, diesen Aspekt zu verbessern. Wir möchten Sie auch darauf hinweisen, dass unsere Organisation nicht gewinnorientiert ist und wir entschuldigen uns in aller Form, wenn ein/e unserer Mitarbeitenden in irgendeiner Weise unhöflich gewesen ist.
Esperienza negativa: Habe vor 11 Wochen meine Fide Modul gemacht und warte immer noch auf die Bestätigung. Bei Anfragen werd ich immer hingehalten.

Esperienza positiva: La prima volta che sono andato lì, era molto caotico, ho discusso qualcosa al telefono, e quando sono andato via era tutto diverso. Gli insegnanti sono gentili.

Hatten Sie Probleme mit Ihrer Kurszuweisung oder haben Sie nicht alle notwendigen Informationen von unserem Sekretariat erhalten? Wir bemühen uns, den Empfang der Teilnehmende in unseren Räumlichkeiten zu verbessern.
Esperienza negativa: Nessuna divulgazione di valutazioni di esame dubbie, contrariamente alle regole CELI. L'istituzione aveva affermato su richiesta che non poteva rivelarmi le valutazioni a causa delle regole CELI e, successivamente, che tutti i punteggi di valutazione erano stati inviati in Italia, il che non è vero, come ha rivelato una richiesta in Italia. Confrontata con questi fatti, l'istituzione ha interrotto la corrispondenza. Non posso assolutamente raccomandare questa istituzione.
Wir sind per Zufall auf diesen alten Beitrag von Ihnen gestossen, und da es nicht oft vorkommt, dass die Bewertung einer Prüfung in Frage gestellt wird, möchten wir auch an dieser Stelle antworten. Die Prüfungsunterlagen, sowohl die schriftlichen als auch die mündlichen Beurteilungen, werden spätestens am nächsten Tag via DHL an das CVCL-Zentrum in Perugia geschickt. Bei einer Anfechtung der Prüfungsergebnisse soll man sich direkt an die Universität Perugia wenden. Wir bewahren die Prüfungsunterlagen nicht auf. Ich hoffe, dass diese Antwort hier auch für andere hilfreich sein kann.

Esperienza fantastica: Una scuola molto meravigliosa con insegnanti esperti, che offrono il miglior corso di tedesco per trasmetterci la lingua tedesca in modo semplice e chiaro. Il personale di segreteria sono persone di altissimo livello, che accolgono le persone con rispetto e amano aiutare. Attualmente frequento il corso di tedesco B2/2 e sono molto soddisfatto/a. Esperienza negativa: I have pretty bad experience with this school. I was invited by them to continue my course, sent them anquirement as they asked me to do. They answered me that they would let me know all details 1 week prior the course starts and then nothing. I waited till there was 1 day left before the start of the course and called them myself. I received an answer that my course was canceled because there were not enough participants. Nobody let me know about that in advance even though they knew about course cancelation at least a month before the date. I lost time because of them as I could find something else. But now is the end of August and I doubt I would be able to find something. Thank you very much, Ecap school, for such a “nice” experience with learning German!

Esperienza negativa: Piuttosto scortese e disorganizzato
Esperienza fantastica: Ho studiato per 4 anni all'ecap con corsi il sabato e corsi semestrali, ora ho ottenuto il certificato Telc B1. L'assistenza all'infanzia è semplicemente fantastica, mio figlio aveva inizialmente difficoltà a causa della lingua incomprensibile, ma solo pochi giorni dopo gli è piaciuto molto rimanere. In totale ho incontrato 4 insegnanti, la signora Anna Graf è davvero la migliore scelta dell'insegnante consigliato! Tutti i colleghi del nostro corso che hanno fatto l'esame hanno ottenuto il certificato Telc B1. Sabrina è anche un'insegnante davvero fantastica. Sono davvero molto soddisfatto della scuola Ecap. Grazie mille.

Esperienza fantastica: Dopo il mio arrivo a Zurigo, il welcome desk del municipio mi ha consigliato la ECAP scuola, ho seguito il loro consiglio. Così ho iniziato con il livello "0" fino al livello B1. Ho ottenuto il mio certificato B1. Nel frattempo ho avuto due bambini che andavano al nido della scuola (le donne che si prendevano cura dei bambini erano adorabili e professionali. Non è un asilo, i bambini facevano molte attività e andavano nel parco accanto. Sono stata molto fortunata con questa scuola e soprattutto con il mio insegnante. Raccomando vivamente questa scuola.

Esperienza fantastica: Trovo Ecap semplicemente fantastico. Sia l'atmosfera che i docenti. L'anno scorso ho fatto il B1 da Ecap. È stato fantastico. Avevo la signora Graf come insegnante, è davvero la migliore. È disponibile, molto disciplinata e lavora con passione. Ci ha preparato molto bene per l'esame. È molto paziente e molto molto tollerante. Davvero, abbiamo imparato tanto da lei. Il suo metodo è incomparabile con altri insegnanti che ho già avuto.
